(For Exterior Cleaning, Pressure Washing, Gutter Clearing, Soffits & Fascia Cleaning)

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by KT Clean & Green (“we”, “us”, “our”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By booking any service, you agree to the Terms below.
1. Services Provided
We provide:
- Driveway, patio, path and hard-surface pressure washing
- Exterior cleaning of walls, façades and outdoor surfaces
- Gutter clearing
- Soffit and fascia cleaning
- General exterior cleaning and maintenance
We may refuse or amend services if access is unsafe or unsuitable.
2. Booking, Deposits & Payments
- Bookings may be made online, by phone, or in writing.
- A deposit may be required for certain appointments.
- Full payment is due immediately upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
- Payment methods: bank transfer, card, or cash.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- More than 24 hours’ notice: no charge.
- Within 24 hours: 50% of the service cost may be charged.
- Same-day cancellation or missed appointments: up to 100% of the service cost.
- We may reschedule if weather or conditions are unsafe.
4. Weather Conditions
- Pressure washing and gutter clearing depend on safe weather.
- Work may be postponed due to heavy rain, storms, ice, high winds, or unsafe surfaces.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather.
5. Access, Water & Power
- You must ensure access to all areas we are cleaning.
- You must provide access to an outdoor water tap and electricity if required.
- If access is unavailable on arrival, a missed appointment fee may apply.
6. Parking Requirements
- Parking must be available near the property.
- Any parking fees or permits are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Remove furniture, pots, ornaments, vehicles, or any items blocking the work area.
- We are not responsible for damage to fragile items left in the area.
- Children and pets must be kept away from the work zone.
8. Surface Condition & Limitations
- Cleaning may reveal pre-existing damage or wear.
- Deep oil, rust, lichen, or chemical stains cannot always be removed.
- We are not responsible for damage to weak, loose, or deteriorated surfaces.
9. Gutter Clearing & Roofline Access
- We use a professional gutter vacuum system with long-reach poles, allowing us to clear gutters safely from the ground on properties up to three storeys high.
- We also use a high-reach inspection camera to check the guttering before and after cleaning, ensuring the system is fully cleared and operating correctly.
- If access is obstructed, unsafe, or the guttering is damaged or collapsed, we may be unable to complete the service.
- We do not walk on roofs or carry out roof or structural repairs.
- Structural defects, internal drainage faults, or issues unrelated to debris removal are not the responsibility of KT Clean & Green.
10. Liability & Damage
- We are insured for accidental damage caused by our work.
- We are not liable for pre-existing issues, structural defects, or hidden faults.
- Any claims must be made within 48 hours of service completion.
11. Satisfaction Guarantee
- We aim to deliver high-quality results.
- If you are unhappy, please contact us within 24 hours.
- Results cannot be guaranteed on heavily weathered or deeply stained surfaces.
12. Health & Safety
- We follow strict safety procedures at all times.
- Customers must not enter work areas during cleaning.
13. Photography & Marketing
- We may take before/after photos of our work.
- No identifiable details will ever be shown without consent.
14. GDPR & Privacy
- Customer data is kept strictly confidential.
- We do not share your information with third parties.
15. Governing Law
All services and agreements are governed by UK law.
